The inclusion of laser tag in our activities was born after an internal discussion on its appropriateness. The debate on the ethics of games with weapons does not see unique considerations. There are those who are legitimately against it and on the other hand authoritative intellectuals who underline its pedagogical value. On this topic you can find dozens of different opinions online to form your own opinion.
For those who decide to participate, have fun!
Laser tag or lasergame is a team game based on military simulation.
The activity, using special equipment that uses faithful replicas of firearms derived from airsoft (ASG, air soft gun), simulates fights between opposing teams who must conquer pre-established objectives.
The matches or combats have pre-established objectives which can be:
- The conquest of one or more opposing flags or the conquest of enemy bases (“capture the flag”)
- The reconnaissance of a specific playing area in search of opposing positions
- The elimination of a specific member of the opposing team (VIP or leader)
- Escort the VIP to a specific point avoiding his capture and/or elimination
- The elimination of the entire opposing team (“death match”)
Additional details
Once arrived at the Norcia headquarters
- You take everything you need: helmet with infrared detector, infrared rifle
- Before the start of the game, a short 10 minute lesson to establish the rules
- The game begins. The duration depends on the type of game chosen
